365rwa.vip is a Chinese-language verification site for RWA (real-world asset tokenization). It maintains four public databases - issued-project dossiers, a global licensed-institution registry, a regulatory feed and a market tracker - and offers a free authenticity-check tool, five-dimension ratings and a published methodology. No ads, no paid placements, no advertorials.
- One check queries four databases: 42 issued projects, 67 licensed institutions, 1942 tracked tokens, 111 regulatory entries.
- Five verdict levels: 1 verified (official filing/announcement) · 2 exchange-listed (spot pair on a major exchange) · 3 platform-listed (unverified) · 4 not found (absent from all four databases, treat as high risk) · 5 licensed institution (supervised firm does not mean a safe product).
- Absence is not safety: unlisted projects are treated as high risk. Verdicts are not investment advice.
This keyword matches our licensed-institution list. Note: a licensed institution is a regulated company, not an investment product itself — if someone pitches you an "RWA product" in its name, verify through official channels.
The free verdict does not cover the following - this is what the full report closes.
- Official filings and register entries: we currently hold platform-listed data only, not a line-by-line match against official registers.
- Issuer entity and fund flow: the actual entity, custody arrangement and fund route are unverified.
- Venue verification: whether a real spot pair exists on a major exchange, or the project only self-reports it.
- A due-diligence question list you can forward to the issuer, plus a tiered conclusion.

MAS re-issued its Guide on Digital Token Offerings (first published in 2017, updated in 2020) as the Guide on the Tokenisation of Capital Markets Products. The Guide sets out the application of the Securities and Futures Act 2001, the Financial Advisers Act 2001 and related subsidiary legislation to (i) issuances and offerings of tokenised capital markets products (tokenised CMPs); and (ii) entities facilitating activities in relation to such products, including secondary trading, settlement and custody. It retains a technology-neutral, substance-over-form approach and states that it does not replace or override any legislative provisions.
In his keynote at the Singapore FinTech Festival, MAS Managing Director announced that MAS will trial issuing tokenised MAS Bills to primary dealers from 2026, settled using central bank digital currency, with details to follow, and will draft legislation for stablecoins. MAS noted that DBS, OCBC and UOB have completed interbank overnight lending transactions using the first pilot issuance of wholesale SGD CBDC, and will continue supporting industry trials of settlement with tokenised liabilities and regulated stablecoins under BLOOM. MAS also launched the GL1 Market Infrastructure Toolkit, comprising 108 controls aligned with the Principles for Financial Market Infrastructures and the Digital Asset Securities Control Principles.
MAS announced BLOOM (Borderless, Liquid, Open, Online, Multi-currency), an initiative to work with the industry to enable settlement in tokenised bank liabilities and well-regulated stablecoins while managing risks through standardised approaches. Building on Project Orchid (established 2021), BLOOM covers multiple currencies (G10 and Asian currencies), domestic and cross-border payments and settlement, and wholesale use cases (corporate treasury management, trade finance, agentic payments). Initial focus areas include distribution and clearing of settlement assets, programmable controls to automate compliance checks, and agentic payments.
MAS set out four moves: the Guardian Wholesale Network formed by Citi, HSBC, Schroders, Standard Chartered and UOB; GL1 expanded to a market-infrastructure ecosystem; the Guardian Fixed Income Framework and Guardian Funds Framework published; and an SGD wholesale CBDC testnet as a common settlement asset.

MAS announced five new industry pilots under Project Guardian with 17 financial institutions, a new funds workstream for native VCC fund issuance, the Global Layer One (GL1) digital infrastructure initiative and the "Interlinking Networks" whitepaper.
